"Nothing is worse than poor hygiene in a dentist office… Visited them for a cleaning and I wish I didn’t. First of all there was no cover on dental chair which was disgusting. Second, the dental assistant who was taking X-rays put her finger back and forth into my mouth (instead of using tools) and she was touching the X-ray machine and computer with the same gloves! The hygienist was still under training and she had no idea what she’s supposed to do, the whole cleaning she did was just polishing which took less than 3 minutes!!! So basically she skipped all of the steps including removing plaques, scrapping, flossing, mouthwash…. Very disappointed…I’m going to report all this to my insurance."
