"These people made me wait forever. I clearly said that I wanted to get Pedicure and Manicure, they did not attend me at all, i had to ask them that are you gonna help me any services, so they somehow did my feet nails, no pedicure. I asked them about pedicure they told that they don’t have time. And the person just did my feet nails and made me wait half an hour for hand nails. For nails, the lady went and attented the customer who walked after me. I was ready to walk out, but one lady asked me if i neededa any service. She did manicure in 10 minutes with gel nails so you know what would be the quality. I am ready to remove this review if I am given an apology with a complimentary service."

"I had only came to fix one broken nail, they did a a great job! Quick and matched the rest. I had to get acrylic because they don't have dip but she still gave me options!! Thanks for saving nails!"

"After 2 days two of my nails cracked and one of the failed. The lady told me I can go at 10 AM and she will fix it. I was there on time but she said she doesn’t have time and I should go at 1:00 pm again I was there in time and she said she doesn’t have time and if I can go back at 5:15. She called me at 4:30 and said I should be there at 5:45, anyway I got there in time and her attitude was so rude, she treated me so disrespectful and did a rushed job on my nails. I understand if you can not be a good manager but customer service is the most important a business must have. Good luck"

"I wish I didn't need to leave such a negative review but this was a terrible experience--the way he removed my full set was extremely painful; literally was pulling the nails by cutting them down and using a metal tool to pry the acrylic off..I told him it was hurting and he said 'this way is much faster'... I just got the set done Wednesday and they are already completely f'ed up..the top coat is almost completely gone and there's bubbles in it. Also after using hand sanitizer it appears my nails are 'burnt'? I've never had anything like this happen to a set in my life. Wanted a nice blue to match my outfit for my vacation and they look extremely trashy and not professionally done at all. Won't be returning. My mom was also really embarrassed because she's the one who got me the gift certificate for a set there as part of my birthday gift. Very upsetting. Also it was $70."
