"I made an appointment with them two weeks before giving them my insurance information. When I reached their office, the lady at the front desk made me fill out all the paperwork and made copies of my increase and ID, and then she said she didn't know what se was doing, so I wasn't supposed to be there, and they couldn't transfer me. Don't go there. These are extremely unprofessional people"

"I had my worst dentist experience with Dr. Hazany. We went to his office to do filling for my daughter. We have LA care, so our service should be free. we started the procedure fine but in the middle of filling the Dr turns to me and says "if you want me to do a good job you have to 500$". I was shocked. I couldn't believe a doctor would actually say that. I felt like he is keeping my daughter as a hostage so I naturally paid to make sure my daughter will not have any issue in the future. needless to say we never went back for the next appointments and I recommend you to never go there either."

"If I could give zero stars to this disorganized and poorly run office I would. It has been over a week of me calling to get the dr to consult on a tooth and no one can ever verify a message was taken for me. Dr Hazany is NEVER in the office and conveniently always coming in “Monday”. But never there Monday. All I want is a referral to an oral surgeon and he can’t be bothered. Now I am asking for my xrays to go elsewhere and I am told they “belong to the office”. In no uncertain terms I know those xrays belong to me. Will be doing my due diligence to ensure no one else gets treated with such utter disregard. What a bummer that because of my income level I have to put up with subpar dental care. I hope they get their office in better shape because I don’t like doing negative reviews. I am regretful that my frustration led me to dispensing with the f word several times. But I am not sorry I stood up for myself."

"Super helpful when I wound up having a reeeeeally bad infection and needed to get a root canal, post, and crown. They gave me anti-biotics for months until I saved money to be able to pay for it, and helped me with payment options/plans. Very kind and helpful people."
