"The vibe was definitely off with the workers. You can feel the tension. I came in for a gift and asked for a purse in a box instead of the display. The lady came asked “what” I showed her the purse. She went to the back came out less than 5 seconds later and said no. When I checked out I asked if they had a box or gift wrapping. I paid extra just for a box. There just wasn’t any effort from the employees to help make my experience good as well as making the gift look nice. Kate spade has better customer service and they go above and beyond that is reasonable."
