"I avoid Ross in the Sacramento area because how trashy they are. But I decided since this one is in Folsom I should stop by. I am calling out the manager and his rude staff Naima !! I was showing Naima the item I wanted to purchase and why it has so many scratches (all their products have issues alwayyyssss it's like shopping at a second hand store). I was totally polite asking and she snapped and said stop talking! And that I talk too much lol what... who tells their costumer to stop talking, the manager came by but clearly was annoyed at her and walked away. I am shocked this is the worst experience ever! Trash people work at a trash place I should have never been caught dead in Ross period!"
