"Just discovered this place by chance and I’m already so excited to go back! They have absolutely everything you would need for a mediterranean diet and so much more! Ali was super nice and very helpful! I know I’m going to be a regular at my new favorite store!❤️"
"Much larger variety than they had on Jackson. Hard to find specialties with a small but good selection of wines from Europe and Middle-East. Some bulk spices and herbs. Friendly staff and a very clean space."
"I’ve been shopping at the crossroads, specialty food stores for a long time, and I have never had any problems with any of their products being stale, or tasting bad. About three days ago, I purchased two boxes of sesame seed cookies made in Zakinthos, Which is a Greek island. I know what they should taste like especially since I am Greek. Not only did these cookies smell bad and taste awful and stale, they did not have an expiration date. I threw them in the garbage and came to the store today to let them know of my experience. The Clerk responded by pointing at the wall and she said this is our return policy. “No returns or exchanges.” There was not apology or offer to get the manager. I can understand that policy if there was nothing wrong with the product. I knew that it was not worth arguing over so I asked her to throw them in the garbage and Told her that I would never shop there again. But I do want to share my experience with other consumers."
"Nice store with a variety of items, unfortunately not the most friendly nor courteous employee. He could use a good lesson in how to be polite towards a customer. Also being blatantly followed around while I was shopping as if I were up to no good didn't make me feel exactly comfortable with my shopping experience. I live in Danville and I'm not a frequent customer, so there is that. I also happen to be a retired police officer with over thirty years of service. Being that said, I have learned to be very observant of my surroundings and I'm quite good at reading people when out in public. There are far better ways to interact with your customers than what I experienced. Final note: when it came time for me to check out my seven items that came to almost 100 dollars (price of goods was no issue) I was not greeted with so much as a hello at the register nor was I shown any appreciation for doing business with them, as in a simple thank you."
"The store has a great variety of European goods at affordable prices. The place is clean and easy to navigate. The staff is very friendly and helpful."
