"We desperately needed a place for the kids to play while on a long drive due to a family emergency. The play place was clean and in good repair. The kids had a blast and it was just what they needed after being in the car so long. The food was ok, I mean it's McDonald's. The workers were efficient. The restrooms were clean and well stocked."

"Rock hard & cold spicy nuggets. What a waste of money on my end. This location is getting worse and worse it seems. They’re constantly parking people to wait for food. It takes them forever to get orders out. They’re constantly forgetting items and condiments."

"This McDonald’s is one of very few that is open 24 hours in this area, but be prepared for difficulties because they always have some issue going on past 3 am-ish. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come to this McDonalds, placed an order on their app, paid for it and only to find out in the drive thru that they’re “only accepting cash because their system is down”. What? I just need my two 20 pc chicken nuggets and fries please… I’ve actually had one person serve us but otherwise you have to have cash, and many people don’t anymore. McDonald’s, what is up with that? This can’t be the store employees’ fault, I can imagine from my own work experience. I would hate telling people I can’t take their order every night. Also, their ice cream machine is almost always not working at night. I do have to say that their food is always fresh and hot when they do actually manage to serve you on the late night. If your store’s operating system virtually shuts down every single night… get that fixed or change your hours!"

"Flies and gnats flying throughout the dining area and bathroom. Bathroom floors (both) covered in liquid and other substances. Plus doors slam shut. What kind of McDonald's, especially one with a playplace, has no baby changing table? Hot, very hot inside. Tables are not cleaned. I had to find spray and wipe a table. The floor under the tables are wet with lots of leftover food. Trash bins are overflowing onto the ground and surrounding areas. Extremely slow service both inside and drive-thru. Soggy unsalted fries. Wrong apple slices for Happy Meal. Wrong sandwiches. Never called out my order number, the food was just sitting there on the counter. Tried to eat-in for playplace but had to leave the disgusting, hot, bug invested #$%^& to eat in car and kids were disappointed not being able to enjoy the playplace. Absolute worst upkept McDonald's, nay food establishment, ever."

"Food is good but the place is understaffed and if you need a cashier you might be waiting a long while or they make you use the kiosk which I hate using because it gives me anxiety through the roof. Or you would have to go through the drive-thru since they seem to be only focusing on the drive-thru than anything else. Also they think doordash and food delivery is more important than people in the lobby at the cashier section. And my mom said she was going to call the corporate office the manager didn't come up and said please do because we would like more help."
