"I've been coming here for my haircut for 10 years. The price and quality used to be good, but not anymore. They lash out on customers for the slow business after the pandemic lock down. Now they give terrible, uneven trims that I do better myself. How hard is it to trim long hair for less than 1 inch? They charged for $25. Even worse, last month my husband came home with an ugly cut that I had to fix multiple spots with hair sticking out. He said Jenny was strangely bitter and rude during his visit. My family and friends decided never to go there again. 11/28/2022: I don't know who you are neither. Obviously you weren't there when Jenny complained loudly about the lock down. Her aggression made me very uncomfortable. Why would I go back to let her fix my hair when she was so unpleasant in the first place? I was glad to see the reviews were not one sided, so I followed to share my negative experience. It's a free market. You'll only see more negative reviews from different customers if you only suspect and blame customers instead of owning up your mistakes and apologize. It's a simple choice."

"Sloppy haircut. DO NOT RECOMMEND! I tried several times for their lower than average price, and found that it's not worth the $2 saved. Jenny, the older hair dresser, was especially obnoxious and rude. Her haircut was unbelievably sloppy and left uneven patches. I had to request them to fix it. The other 2 women working there barely speak English at all. Very difficult to communicate. I tried them several times and finally gave up for the poor service and terrible manners."

"This has got to be a jem in the ruf. I was looking for a good barber and found Hair Expo. Jen is the stylist that I had cut my hair and was pleasantly pleased with her great cut. She makes sure that the cut is what I wanted and would ask if each step of the process. Now that she's cut my hair several times, she just ask me to show her how I like my cut and gets to work and finishes exactly the way I wanted my cut. I highly recommend this spot for anyone who is looking for a great stylist."

"I get my hair cut here every few weeks, and have for 9 years or so. I always get a good haircut, no matter which of the 3 ladies cut my hair. It's $15 for men. It's not a luxurious or stunningly decorated shop, but it's what I like so they're 5 stars in my book!"
