"Visited because we had eaten in a restaurant in the same complex. They burned me during waxing my lip. The owner needs to train her staff and tell them not to mislead customers. I asked for threading and they started prepping to wax my eyebrows. They lied. When I asked them, they said that the threading person was out of town."
"Sydney did such an amazing hair cut for me and at the most affordable price I have ever found around in this area. Not only she pays so much attention to giving it her best , she also asks after its done, if this is what you expected. I found her to be very empathetic person."
"Bad hair wash and blowdry experience. The lady was very harsh on my hair causing pain and hair breakage. She also did not blow dry it completely. She told me one price before I agreed for the service and at the end of it charged me more. Very unprofessional."
"If I could give 0 stars, I most certainly would. Horrible service and they are always rushed to do the job. The owner did my manicure and was very condescending. I was trying to pay through Apple Pay and wasn’t able to do it a couple of times thanks to her incorrect instructions, till my husband tried. As part of her amazing customer service infront of 5 customers or so, she managed to tell me that my husband is the ‘smart’ one between the two. I don’t think this is the kind of pathetic customer service anybody should waste their money on. The place itself is so unsanitary and loud. This lady kept yelling in my ears while talking to her colleague. Not worth the buck."
