"The lady was very rough with my hands and seemed to be in a bad mood. Not only was she on a FaceTime call for the entire appointment, when it came time to paint my nails I told her I’d like an ombré and she said there was simply no time left even though there was more than 40 minutes until closing and told me to go and pick a single color from the wall. As I was looking for a color two women came up to the front door asking to get their nails done. The door was closed so I assumed that they’d be turned away because she didn’t have enough time for my manicure let alone two more. To my surprise she let them in. I told her that i did not want any color and that I would leave with plain nails. She instantly was more attentive and was telling me that she could do very nice nails with a single color. I told her I did not want that and she told me to come over so she could put a top coat on the nails. She did and while my hands were under the LED light she started working on the next woman’s nails to the side of the table. I was in shock over the negligence and complete lack of customer service. She charged me $35 for a terrible streaky top coat. Will never come here again, this salon is so unprofessional and overpriced."

"Went there after reading so many good reviews. Did OK job. But the lady who was doing pedicure for me, looked like an owner; almost forced me to do manicure too. Kept on saying it will be done at the same time, do it do it. So finally I had to say yes. Also, while doing pedicure for me, kept on talking to other client since she was Chinese. I prefer people who do services for me to talk to me or at least focus on me. Other places don't charge extra for French tips, these people charged $10 extra. Not going there again."
