"Mary Ishikawa's Allstate Insurance really took the time to go the extra mile for our performance dance company. Initially I was looking for one-time event insurance, and they customized a solution that fit our organization for the entire year at the same cost! They do so much for local community organizations and support the local arts community. I really appreciate the extra time and resources they connected us with. I will definitely be back for any future insurance needs. Thank you!"
"Excellent service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff."
"Extremely Friendly, Very Good People!! I have gone to other Insurance companies because of tickets or collisions in the past that raise my rate at Allstate, but that’s not their fault. Every time I return to them they welcome me with open arms and kind smiles. Always a pleasant experience with everyone there and when I don’t have a bad driving record they're more than affordable.. also very responsive!!"

"My family and I have been with this agency for well over 25 years dating back to Phyllis and Matt prior to Mary taking over the agency. I have multiple policies with the agency including vehicles and my homeowners policy. I've never filed a claim or had any issues until recently. I sold my vehicle back in May and the policy lapsed. I called to cancel and was told there was no need since my cc on file has been compromised and was no longer working. Four months later I received a collection notice. Not knowing what it was for I called and found out it was this agency that sent me to collections. I called the office and they said it was for the car's July policy. I was extremely upset that I never received a call or email from the agency regarding any outstanding balance. I explained that I no longer owned the car, tried to call to cancel the policy, was told there was no need to cancel and the policy would automatically lapse. I then asked to speak with Mary. The girl I spoke with said she would pass along the message but Mary was in meetings. I said I totally understand and she can call when she is available. I waited a week with no response and called back asking for Mary again. They said she was not available and that she was too busy with meetings. I then received a call from Lisa Moran the office manager. I explained the situation and my frustration and felt like I shouldn't have to pay a policy on a vehicle I no longer owned when I called to cancel prior to July. She said she couldn't do anything. I asked to have Mary call me. I'm still waiting on a call after two months. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the recent service and would encourage others to look elsewhere for insurance. This is not the kind of service I expect from a local agent."
