"I called in the office to set a new patient consultation for veneers. Their current promotion on their website states that there is a free consultation for cosmetic dentistry services/ teeth whitening. The receptionist told me that she did not believe that there was a free consultation and I told her I was looking right at it on the website. She put me on hold to check and shortly after she did not acknowledge that I was correct and just told me that the consultation for veneers was not apart of the free consultation. I then asked her, “Veneers is not a cosmetic service?” She didn’t know the answer to that so she told me that the Dr. was not in at the time and was going to ask another employee. When she returned to the phone, she then proceeded to say that the Dr. is not comfortable applying veneers and multiple patients come back because they tend to chip and break off more easily than crowns and suggested that's what I get. I was offended because first of all the Dr. has not even seen what my teeth look like. Also, if she knew the Dr. only wants to do crowns then she should have said that in the beginning. I have been researching and researching to find a Dr. so I could get a Hollywood smile, 8 top and 8 bottom veneers but the receptionist didn’t listen to what I had to say or what I was interested in."
