"The dental experience I endured was a series of unfortunate events, beginning with a significant mistake: Dr Long performed a filling on the wrong tooth, causing me severe pain and further complications. To compound this, during the filling procedure, he intentionally cut a piece of my gum while struggling to access a specific area. This ordeal not only left me with a painful, swollen gum but also subjected me to a frustrating cycle of repeated adjustments that, despite lasting for over 6 months, failed to resolve the issues. To make matters even more disheartening, I received multiple bills for these adjustments. When an infection arose due to his numerous failures, the dentist seemed more interested in washing his hands of the situation, leaving the mess for another dentist to clean up. After seeking a second opinion from another dentist, I discovered numerous mistakes in the following areas: 1. Dr. Long mistakenly filled the wrong tooth, causing damage to a previously healthy one. 2. His filling had a hole, left irregular shapes, and despite numerous adjustments, the problem persisted. 3. The dental procedure lacked proper hygiene, leading to the buildup of bacteria under my gumline. 4. He neglected the correct process for polishing the tooth, resulting in an overlap in the filling and nerve pain. In addition to these dental woes, the receptionist, Rose, displayed shockingly unprofessional behavior throughout my interactions with her, adding further distress to an already troubling situation. Her consistent rudeness and evident incompetence were deeply concerning. Not only did she attempt to prescribe medication without a license, a clear breach of standard medical practice where prescriptions should only follow an in-person evaluation by a qualified doctor, but she did so with a dismissive and condescending attitude. Her lack of empathy and refusal to address my concerns only deepened my frustration. Rose's unprofessional conduct did not stop there. When I inquired about additional fees, her response was entirely inappropriate. Instead of handling my request with professionalism and courtesy, she chose to hold my medical records hostage, making it abundantly clear that "no money meant no medical records." Furthermore, when I inquired about obtaining a digital copy of my records, Rose initially claimed that they didn't possess any —a statement that later proved to be false when it was revealed that the records were indeed saved on their computer systems. Her deceptive response added another layer of mistrust and frustration to an already unfortunate experience. In sharing my story, my intention is not only to recount my unfortunate encounter but also to underscore the imperative need for professionalism and competence in all facets of healthcare, from the dentist's chair to the reception desk. I hope that my experience can help prevent such unethical practices from harming the community."
"Visiting my daughter from Canada and my denture broke. Called his office and was able to get appt within two days. Really nice guy, very professional and got my dentures fixed for less than quoted anywhere else. Definitely recommend."
"Dr Nick is the BEST.....so is his staff. I read some of these reviews I've never seen Dr Nick ever act unprofessional. I come all the way from Vacaville to see him. Plus my dentures are beautiful. As far as mask how everyone had them on awhen I went a couple weeks"
"He chased me out of the office yelling “give me my money now!!” And it was the most unprofessional dental experience. I went back and fourth 8 times to get the denture right. So incompetent."
