"I was their customer for 4 yrs , and I have done regular checkups two crowns, and a root canal through their referral. There are definitely good things about them like courteous customer service, soft spoken doctors , upto date equipments that make you feel you are in one of the most developed countries :) Now coming to the negative side, they are very pushy about upselling you something during every cleaning visit. They will scare you into buying some service or some dental accessory for your dental health. Given how soft they speak, it sounds very convincing and they can clearly take advantage of your concern for your dental health. Their billing section is not very honest either. Everytime any procedure is performed they immediately contact the insurance to tell you how much your copay is, which you pay the same day. So you never have any outstanding dues with them. For 3 yrs I had no due with them, and one fine day they told i have an outstanding due of around $120. I contacted them multiple times to understand the item for which I owe the money, i never got an answer. I tried to find it out in person as well, but no clear answer. I was finally sent a split up of all my treaments with them , wher there was no clear answer on what treatment cost me this amount which I did not pay. And when you question them, and when you say no to their upselling strategies, their folks will not be as nice to you anymore :)"
