"In a word.... AWESOME! I lost a front crown the night before calling Dental Arts of Mountain View. The next day, only hours later, I had a new crown! Dr. Oh and his staff, Susie, Haley, Margorie and Beatrice were truly amazing. The lobby and offices are gorgeous and provides a tranquil environment with massage chairs during procedures. Yes, this dental office is second to none. I did extensive research by googling the "best cosmetic and general dentistry." Dental Arts was at the top of the list. A well deserved reputation that I drove an hour and half to confirm. The cost was unbelievable affordable. Great value and results that left a very big Smile on my face! Thank you very much Dental Arts you are the BEST!"

"Had a great experience with my hygenist and really liked Dr. Van. While I agree with some other reviewers that while it was expensive ( I am pretty sure it was not my network), I had heard great things and was about to move forward on Invisalign treatment. Then I got a bill for past service (weird, I know I paid at the time of the work being done). When I called to inquire I was notified my insurance was capped out and thus it was my responsibility. Make complete sense and I paid the owed amount. Here is my frustration. I have only been to this office this year. They had the details of my insurance and in my past dental office experiences, I have always had front office staff who helped me understand (ahead of time), my insurance, and would cover and what my costs would be. While I understand that estimates do change, a swing of over $500 in client responsible fees, based on my insurance running out for the year, should have been identified, communicated, and a backup plan discussed when it was caught that a new plan not accounting for insurance would need to be discussed. What really bothers me is that what was left on my insurance should have been identified at the time of my dental plan being created. Assuming that a mistake was made and caught, I was never told there was an error on the estimate, I just received a $550 bill with no explanation on why the adjustment was made. Plain and simple, not sure I can trust the staff at the Do not recommend this location. The front desk was not competent with my account and I do not have confidence that they are on top of client accounts. Update: I want to take a moment to update my review of Dental Arts of Mountain View. I received a call today that I really appreciated. Sheila took the time to LISTEN to me and ensure I felt heard before we hung up. She went out of her way to make sure my experience ended positively with their staff and organization. I will say that worked and I appreciate her taking the time to connect. I did not expect to leave this dental office with appreciative feelings but I am. Great job on the recovery Sheila!"
