"I have been going to this dentist for years and never been this disappointed. The first red flag that I got was that normally when I go to get a cleaning they take an x-ray first. This time they went straight into cleaning my teeth which was a horrible experience. I never had someone dig into my gums like the person who was cleaning my teeth. There was so much bleeding that I have never experienced. At some points I felt like I probably did something to make her upset with the amount of stabbing that was happening to my gums. After me showing a couple of signs of pain in the middle of my cleaning she decides to stop and look at her clip board then the computer and notices that they have the wrong person information. They then go back to doing my x-rays with doctor Mendoza coming to tell me that my teeth were great. Which I thought was strange given that the lady who cleaned my teeth was saying that I needed a deep cleaning. With all the stabbing to my gums you would think that she gave me that deep cleaning. Overall I don’t think my teeth were cleaned properly because normally when I leave the dentist after a cleaning my teeth feel polished. It also doesn’t help that they were whispering amongst each other like they new they messed up."

"Got a regular dental cleaning even though I did not have much plaque build-up. I have NEVER bled this much during any previous cleaning ever. I do not have naturally sensitive or inflamed gums or any dental diseases, etc. I am at home 6 hours later and my gums hurt like hell, it's that bad. Worst of all the cleaning was extremely sloppily. The basis of all my molars still show VERY clear plaque buildup that should have been removed. The lady who did the job was terse and generally unwilling to offer much help/info with the one single question I had. I will have to call my insurance to see if I can get the service re-done at another location cause essentially 25% of my teeth are still "dirty" Will not come again."

"Thoroughly impressed with Dr. Mendoza and his dental hygienists. I had not been to the dentist in years as I had poor experiences in the past and therefore I was very nervous to go. I expressed my concern and they made me feel heard and were very considerate during the cleaning. I will be going back for additional work due to my lack of consistent dental visits, but I feel confident I am in good hands. 10/10 would reccomend!"
