"Today I went with my 6-year-old daughter to have a tooth extracted, it was the first time this procedure was going to be performed, so I was a little nervous, the doctor who was going to perform the extraction had no patience or patience. much less dialogue with the girl to calm her down a little, she just got up from her chair and left, leaving us both in the room and told us to leave, that she would refer us to another place so that they could give my daughter general anesthesia. and I didn't feel any pain, this doctor's care was very bad and unprofessional!"

"First time taking my daughter here and everyone was super nice! From making the appointment through the phone, to getting checked in with the lady at the front desk and all the people that helped while my 3 year was having a hard time. They did the best they could and they were truly amazing."

"We had Dr Lim and she was great. It was only a cleaning but she was warm and welcoming... We had the 9am appointment and there was no wait and prompt service. Front desk ladies were welcoming for the most part but I didn't feel they went out of their way. Those were the good things. The business itself seems to be run by a man who's in it for the bottom line. The office feels built in 1990 and has only seen a coat of paint to hide how nasty the environment is. There are 3 different waiting rooms. 1 is in this more outside area. They funnel people from one side to the other. Everything is run down. The carpets are patched with black tape. Yes... Carpet at a dentist office in all of the rooms. I'm sure it's vacuum but there's no way it's sanitary. When I was taking the photos the man essentially saw me and began to hover and tell me that I could write reviews for my visit. He was also peering over my shoulder to blatently look at my screen and see what I was doing. He runs all his employees like this too. Treats each person as income and doesn't establish connections at all. I'm only here because my the state insurance is accepted her for my foster child and I was directed to this establishment. If I could avoid it, I would without second thought. If you're in need for cheap care... Well, it may just cost you more in the long run. It sucks that this is the quality our governments are allowing but it is what it is. Hope this helps you."
