"I loved living here, quite, big apartment, plenty of parking for yourself and guest. Lived there 9 years, until tragedy happened in my family,had no choice but to move. Inspection is monthly, but no big issue, mine I kept immaculate . Highly recommend living here."
"I loved this Apartments. I lived there for two years. I really enjoyed Ms Karen and the maintenance team. A very quiet and new place living. I love how Ms Karen show loved to myself and my son Jordin and worked with me when times were hard. She looked out for the kids when they got off the bus. A very safe place to live. Thank you Ms Karen for checking on us after we relocated out of state. Thank you Holston Ridge for allowing us live there."
"I moved to this apartment a year ago and currently residence at this property. The Apt manager Ms.Karen were super helpful of moving from another state to here, she's Professional, Knowledge with patience, explained step by step friendly. She is sweet as a Candy. Grateful to her. Also, I love my Apt, affordable price, clean, W/D including with built in microwave. I referrals to many ppl already."
"The manager is amazing and she keeps the property looking great that’s why we love it here. I wanted a Affordable apt. That was super nice and she makes sure she keeps it running great no mess at all. If you are the chill type and want a nice clean Environment with no mess then come here; but if you are the messy ratchet don’t follow the rules type then go down the street and apply. The Manager only wants a Respectable property and that’s what I want for myself and for my baby so I know I can sleep great at night."
"The apartments are nice, but they do monthly apartment inspections and they find excuses to enter the apartments on a weekly basis. I work nights, and atleast once per week, I have had to stay awake all day waiting for these people to show up. It has caused me anxiety and high blood pressure. I feel that I have been robbed of quiet enjoyment and privacy. I keep my apartment immaculate, and management constantly tracks in dirt on the carpets. One time the maintenance man even showed up while I was asleep "For an absolutely non emergency repair" without notice! Again, these are very nice apartments and there are no problems other than the constant intrusion and disrespect that is shown toward tenants. If you value your privacy, you will not be happy here. If you love the landlord coming in all the time, then you will love this place."
