"I was looking to get my first facial ever, but was nervous because I have sensitive, eczema-prone skin and thought I wasn't supposed to get facials. Nicole offers a free 30 min consultation to answer any and all of your questions to help personalize your experience. She even gave me a free sample to try. She put my fears at ease and went through all of the products she would use and the ingredients in them. I immediately booked my facial and it was so relaxing. My skin felt amazingly hydrated and my whole body was more relaxed. She offers head, neck, shoulder and arm massages during the treatment as well! To top off the whole experience, you can tell she is passionate about skincare and provided education that will help carry on with healthy skin care practices even beyond her treatments. I hope to see her at least once a month to get some pampering in!"

She also sends you an intake form before your session so that she can get to know a little bit about your skin before you come in. The facial itself was very relaxing and soothing. And, Nicole herself is so kind and knowledgeable about what may be causing skin issues, and gives awesome recommendations on how you can work to resolve them. Before I left, Nicole even gave me sample sizes of skincare products to try and so far they have been great! "Without a doubt, one of the best esthetician I've had do a facial on me ever. Nicole really puts in time and care to understand you and your skin. I've gotten a 2 facials done by her and each time was above and beyond my expectations. When you come into the salon suite, the setting is very cozy, clean, light, welcoming, and gets you right into the mood to relax. Throughout the service, she will explain each step of the process as she goes and the benefits of each product she uses on you. I usually am someone who likes to just lay silently during facials but I found myself constantly in flow of conversation with Nicole which made me the service feel more personal and not just like a quick pop in, get it done, and pop out. But if you are the type to want to just silently lay there or even sleep, Nicole invites you to do whatever makes you feel most comfortable. The worst part of facials for me were always extractions. And as someone whose skin gets congested easily, there always a bunch of gunk that I'd need extracted. Extractions were always so painful at my previous spa. They'd use those little silver tools that they'd have to pressure down on your skin to squeeze out those suckers. But not with Nicole's extraction method!!! With her magic tool, literally ZERO pain and takes out all the same amount of gunk that silver torture tool would take out. So you can literally feel at ease all the throughout the facial. No more breaking out of my relaxed state, squirming and having to endure the pain of extractions. It's been a couple days since my last facial and my skin still feels just as smooth as it did just after my facial. Nicole even gave me some samples of products to try out that she suggested for my skin type. Amazing experience and my new go to esthetician for sure!!!"
