"I will give it one stars because the staff is friendly and eyebrow threading is good. But waxing is a big NO. The lady who was doing it was not well trained. The way she was applying the wax was bad and pulling it was horrible. She pulled my skin out in few places. She pulled it very very hardly while lead to rashes all over on my hand. She was kind enough to put aloe vera gel. But I will not suggest to go to this place. I posted images after 5-6 days and that is how she burnt my arms. I do mot recommend going to this place for any services as if the staff is untrained you are risking your own body. Do not commit the mistake I did."

"I found this place when I moved to Hayward in 2018 and have been there Customer since then. Owner/staff of the Salon is the kindest and soft- spoken person you will ever meet. Very clean place and professional. Services provided are unmatched: Threading- my eyebrows have never been better and have been in perfect shape since 2018. Facial- I suffer from Cystic Acne and need extraction on regular basis. Not only they have multiple options, they also have organic and acne facials. Your skin will thank you for the facials done here. Waxing- awesome, no itching or in grown hairs, they know what they are doing. Not only this they have multiple other services to provide and their permanent Customer base says it all about their quality of Service."

"DON'T GIVE IT A SECOND THOUGHT, TRUST THEM WITH YOUR THREADING NEEDS!!! I always come here for my brows! I don't trust anyone else with my eye brows. If I can't make it to Castro Valley, I'll let my brows grow out bc I'd rather wait to get there then go anywhere else. I usually like Pooja working on me, but she's back in Nepal right now, so Sabina did mine today, n she's just as good! I like my brows thick n clean, n she did just that as you can see in the pictures! They also do nails, I have my own nail lady, but you can do all in one stop if interested!"
