"I lived at Victoria Townhomes for 4 years and absolutely loved it. They kept the maintenance up and there was no trash laying around very clean area. I never had any issues with the staff was very friendly. I am saddened I have to leave, but I’ve now got a home. The prices are in good range according to how inflated the area has grown."

"So I lived there for 7.5 years and the first 5 were ok. After that too many problems: First there is no management on site. That’s all at Tennessee Park apts. As such, no one enforces the no trespassing sign and you get a bunch of kids from the low-income complex adjacent running amok and being a nuisance. I had to call the cops numerous times. Management doesn’t care. Also, all parking spots in front of the residents’ buildings are for residents only. Says so in everybody’s lease. Yet any visitor who shows up parks wherever they want. Again, no help from management. Now let’s talk rent increases. Every year, $30-50 a month and you get nothing for it. They repainted the parking lot lines once, in December (2018) when it was too cold for the paint to cure properly, and lasted all of 3 months. Money wasted. New appliances were promised but never fulfilled. Additionally, you’re on CUD for water which is not good and while all the townhouses have 2.5 baths, there are no medicine cabinets. Nowhere to store personal items in the bathroom. The location is convenient for shopping at Krogers & plenty of fast-food around, but not much else. Fortunately I found a newly remodeled house with plenty of yard & shade (have dog) and a garage just 2 miles down Rutherford Blvd. Ideal for me and a long-term lease so by next year I’ll be paying less here than I would have been at VP with annual increases. Shop around. It’s worth it."

"I have lived at both Tennessee Park apartments and Victoria Place and had great experiences with both. I have been living at Victoria Place for the last three years and have loved it! It’s quiet, safe, and has a close knit community. Maintenance is friendly and always helps as well as the rest of the staff. The price is wonderful for the amount of space!"
