"We booked by reviews through 3rd party. Should have reviewed reviews through site. The smell of potpourri or spray was overwhelming through the halls. The walls are paper thin. We could hear EVERYTHING from next door room. Major gap under door. Could hear EVERYTHING feom room next door while waiting for elevator. The hot breakfast included cook your own waffles. We won't stay in a Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham again. The location was ok if you wanted to be near 24. Otherwise, VERY noisy."

"This has been one of the worst hotels that I’ve stayed at in quite some time. I spent 15 years in the oil, natural gas industry in Texas, so I’ve had the pleasure of staying at a lot of different places. Majority of them were not five star. Overall, this one about a 2.5 star hotel. Well, it is advertised as a suite hotel, there is nothing suite about this place. It stinks like incense from the time you walk in until the time you leave. The hallways, the lobby, even the elevator smells like some type of strange incense. The service was terrible, and I could hardly communicate with the front desk due to their lack of English, and I don’t speak Hindi! The only benefit, was, there were not a whole lot of people staying here, so you don’t have to fight the breakfast line, which was a lineup of frozen burritos, a waffle machine that doesn’t work, and stale bagels. Unless you are on a very strict budget, or homeless, I would never recommend anyone staying here."

"The hotel was clean but had a very strong potpourri. The beds were decent. The continental breakfast was more like a continental snack. Staff were efficient but clearly not excited to be there."

"Really frustratingly terrible room. The TV didn't work at all. I called the desk thinking it was an issue I could fix but they just said that they knew many TVs weren't working and I'd just have to wait, and maybe it would eventually come on. It didn't. The clock time was WILDLY incorrect which isn't the end of the world, but when you need to wake up early it is alarming to see that it says the time is like 2 hours and 32 minutes fast. The pillows were the WORST. they gave me 5 tiny pillows barely the size of sofa cushions which felt impossible to sleep comfortably on. Just give me 2 normal sized pillows!!!! Or just one, but please stop with these baby pillows it is neck breaking. It's frustrating because the hotel is actually quite clean and has good potential. They should compensate me for my phone bill since it offered more amenities than the hotel did."

"I arrived travel-weary, in the late evening. The happy and helpful front desk employee, Forest, made my day! Forest was so encouraging, professional, and efficient! Wow! And next morning, the kind lady staffing both the front desk and the delicious breakfast bar was equally helpful :) Will definitely stay here again."
