"A super helpful manager at check in Ryan even came up to fix our TV after 8pm. The breakfast was fresh and plenty. A little bit of highway noise but a pleasant stay."

"This was the absolute worst hotel to pick! There were drug deals going on in the parking lot. There wasn’t much room for any parking in the parking lot. The room had the most awful smell in it. It was a very unsafe and unfriendly environment. It was so awful I checked in and then immediately checked out without even staying. I’m getting on here to warn everyone please don’t stay here. It’s trash! There is a much better option of this hotel right down the hwy with a much better environment and not much cost difference."

"IHG advertises breakfast included in the room rate. After check-in they inform "the truck didn't show up" but they will credit your bill to remove the breakfast later. They never do issue the credit. The person at the desk in the morning said they have been having problems with this and it was at least the 4th day in a row the food truck did not show up. We asked why they don't go 2 blocks down street and buy eggs, sausage, rolls at Sam's Club. The response, "we are not incompetent, if we could do that we would." They did not seem to know why they could not do that. Both rooms we stayed in had issues. The King suite mattress was entirely worn out and the sofa mattress was filthy. The Queen suite had the toilet overflow and we were forced to evacuate the room at 3am and separate into two different rooms on different floors. Hotel staff said a soccer team stayed the night before and these things always happen after they have sports teams stay. General Manager, James Council, refuses to provide a credit for not having the advertised breakfast."

"Pretty decent place to stay. We came in for the C10 Nationals and were just looking for a place to lay our heads for a few hours between the 2 days of the show. The parking lot was decent and had plenty of spots when we were there. The room was a little outdated but modern enough to not feel old. The beds were nice. Plenty of hot water in the showers. BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING!!! Someone give that lady a raise! She was completely on top of it! All the food was completely stocked the whole time and she checked on it over and over! We even all thanked her because you normally don't even get that kind of service at a restaurant! We will def come back to stay!"
