"I've noticed some negative reviews in the past however, I've had a good experience every time I've seen Dr. Fong. She is professional and knows my dental history well. She always refers to my X-Rays for concerns I have even before cleaning. She also mentions what my out of pocket cost will be when my insurance won't cover any aspect of the visit. Also, it's worth noting that I have sensitive teeth. She makes certain that they aren't too sensitive for the cleaning and if they are, she finds a way to make it less painful.As mentioned in a previous rating, Jency, pronounced "Yency" is the sister of my two childhood friends. I found Birch Dental by accident while looking at my PPO plan. Also by coincidence I saw Jency there. I'm very grateful to both Dr. Fong and Jency for all of the hard work they have put into keeping my smile looking great and will always come back for any work needing to be done. I would recommend Birch Dental to anyone needing good, professional dental work done."
