"Horrible and dirty. Lived here for 7 years in 3 different apartments and the management is SO BAD. The Waldrons(the owners) dont care about anything but money. Wich sadly means everything at Maitland is VERY cheap and cheaply put together. I mean you can literally see the outside light shine thru the walls in some areas where there are cracks. Mold on my wall that they refused to do anything about. These people profile dog breeds and also allow "favorites" to get away with things that they would otherwise not put up with. The maintenance men are RUDE. THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS DONT LIVE HERE."
