"I loved my time living at Haynes. It was my very own, first-ever apartment. I didn’t know how anything worked from money orders to paying rent to even having the electricity connected. The ladies at the front, Godsends! Any and every question I had, they helped. They have extremely amazing patience, customer service, and just a super friendly attitude, Rachael and Heather are sincerely the best. The apartment was also incredibly nice and the price was spectacular. I recommend these apartments to everyone."

"Whoever the lady is that I spoke with acted as if I was to much for her to answer my questions without just giving bland responses. She just said "We have both 1&2 bedrooms available" and got quiet. Like do I really have to sit hear and ask individual questions just for you to give out info. I didn't even care to hear how much the rent was because of how little effort she put into relaying basic information."

"This complex bullies its tenants. You are given a small patio/balcony, but you can’t put ANYTHING outside, not even gas cans. Management needs to smell the roses. This is a very old ghetto apartment complex. This isn’t Richland falls. Get over yourselves and let your tenants put belongings that belong outside, outside."

"Haynes Manor is a great place to live! I have been here for a year and have had a wonderful experience. The office staff are a very sweet group of ladies and are always extremely helpful! Maintenance takes care of any issues quickly and efficiently. I would recommend living here to anyone!"

"Let me just say the new staff are FABULOUS!! Ms. Rachel covered my leasing process and I can honestly say I am well pleased. She kept communication throughout and is so kind. Whenever, she could not be reached another team member would assist me and ensured any messages left for her were delivered. No matter how many times I call in a day lol they always kept a professional tone and made me feel already welcomed. The property manager also made me feel welcome as well and answered all my questions. They are a well put team !! Thank you all :)"
