"I loved living here!! Tina is a great manager and will work with you!! My job transferred me and they were so kind during my move. I lived here 2 years and maintenance would usually show up the same day I reported any issues and would fix my problems correctly!! The 2 bedroom/2 bath units are spacious and beautiful. Stones River runs along the back of the property and I would often spend time sitting on a bench enjoying the view. The pool is gorgeous and so peaceful. I would not think twice about moving back there if I ever have to return to Murfreesboro.Thank you all for your kindness!!"

"Overall it was all it was supposed to be nothing more, nothing less. My only complaint is the lack cameras in the parking lots. Both my car, and my fiances car were broken in to, and KEYED. They're are cameras, but not pointed or viewing the parking lot we had to park in. Had cameras actually been monitoring this particular lot, rather than viewing a COVERED POOL in the winter, this type of thing should be easy for Management to pinpoint, and key in on the exact moment it occurs, and bring the culprits to justice."

"moved out not long ago. Manager Tina is racist. She even had an investigation on her but somehow passed it but they should have done a thorough investigation. Not a terrible place to live but the manager is very rude, avoid her!!! She hikes up rent any chance she gets and it's not worth it for an outdated place. She makes comments about how Nashville is high too.. but we don't live in Nashville or a city like that. Makes up rules + excuses and lies but then you hear from other residents that she says otherwise and allows them to do certain things. SHE TOOK THE BASKETBALL NET DOWN IN *SUMMER* SO THE BLACK KIDS COULDN'T PLAY. kids would bring their own nets and take them down when they were done. that is so sad hope more residents complain"

"I moved to these apartments after owning my own home for years and was really unsure if I would enjoy the apartment experience, but I really have so far! These apartments are peaceful, well kept, and if there is a maintenance issue they take care of it right away. I've never had an issue with the management or rude neighbors. Although there are newer, nicer apartments for sure, I really enjoy the quaint atmosphere here. If you're looking for fancy, this isn't it. But if you are looking for peaceful and private, this is the place."
