"Don’t really recommend. For one, it’s over priced for what it is. Not “luxury” whatsoever. Just an average apartment. The policies are also stupid. This is an excerpt I got from an email, “Guests are only permitted to visit for 3 weekdays or 1 weekend in a month, our management team and tow company will be checking our visitor spots regularly to ensure our residents are in compliance with our guest policy.” Why would I ever want to live in a place that dictates who comes over. Not to mention, there is always internet problems and there is construction going on constantly. Find a better, cheaper place to live."

"Don't stay here , these are house prices for a old college apartment flipped into apartments. The place is still under construction , there are some decent renovations like the pool and fitness center. The apartment was thrown together. Prices change every month and fluncuate. When you contact the office they never have any straight facts on why. Parking passes are over 80$ which is a scam. They had me pay out extra money when I already paid a deposit just to move in , they informed me last minute when it was time to get the keys that I would be paying 600$ after one agent told me I'm all clear to get the keys."
