The only issue we had was our AC freezing up and maintenance was so quick to come fix it and help us out. Office staff are sweethearts! I highly recommend it here!"

"Do not move in here the amount of roaches alone will make you sick to your stomach. The first time I found one they told me it was wood roaches outside. No this place has an infestation. They are inside the apartment as well as crawling on the walls on the outside of the apartment. I will be reporting them to the state. I wish I would’ve known how nasty it truly is before signing a year lease. I’ve never once seen so many roaches in my life."

"I have been with Colony House for several years now, what I like about it is that it is clean and quiet. The Amenities are great, nice pool area, the workout room has been updated with new equipment. If the dog owners will stop leaving their dog poop all over the place it will be greater."

"The community is very well maintained, the office staff is second to none in customer service, and it is in very close proximity to everything Murfreesboro has to offer. A person would really have trouble trying to find a better apartment manager than Stephanie. My kids and I have really and truly enjoyed staying here.
