"I basically was scammed . I was waiting on an apt to be ready for 3 months and when I went to go see it, the conditions were horrendous . I paid them 300$ beforehand due to admin fee and placement holder and couldn’t get nothing refunded . However with the condition being that the apt was not ready ( seen roaches , the smell /cigarette infested/ alone negated me from even wanting to walk-in the apt to look at it , and the apt had a huge brown stain on carpet) I felt that they should have compensated atleast something back . I waited 3 months just to get played . HOWEVER shoutout to Jessica the leasing agent . During this whole process ( waiting on the apt for the 3 months) she was very diligent and a great communicator . Apartment was not ready as they stated, so be mindful of renting here ."

"At first the office people were great and seemed willing to work with us. We were unfortunately lied to us about income which they tried to turn it around saying it was a "miscommunication" when it was in BLACK AND WHITE in the emails... Would not recommend to any new renters out in the area."
