"Wonderful apartment complex. Lots of nice amenities. But what rent hiking they’ve been doing and the other apartments who agreed to keep the rent hiked across the board is considered criminal in my book. The rent is now so unreasonable there’s very little chance we will stay. As I understand it there is a class action law suit against the apartment complexes in Tennessee because what they did was create a monopoly by controlling rent prices. Boo hoo to the owners of these apartment complexes. Bravo to the staff who runs them. The information on the class action law suit was reported on the news."

"Assistant manager, Fallon, and community manager Melissa are both SO wonderful. 2023 was an awful year for me and my life practically fell apart right after moving to the Banks, due to a messy divorce situation with my ex-husband. I was financially struggling for months, which led to me taking advantage of the property’s buy out clause from my lease about 6 months into my 14 month term. Fallon and Melissa were kind, compassionate, and empathetic throughout the whole process. Most communities in M’boro do not even offer the option to perform an early buy out, and most communities just do not have staff who are this caring about their residents. I have never, ever had a rude conversation with any of the leasing consultants or management at the banks. I have even gotten super emotional while in the office with management, due to my situation and hardship. Fallon and Melissa were always approachable and considerate, and I couldn’t have asked for a better property to live at during this otherwise awful experience."

"I lived at The Banks for 2 years and loved it! The staff are so nice and personable. You will always be greeted with a smile. The grounds are beautiful and always well-kept. The views of the river are amazing (I was lucky enough to live on the third floor in a river view apartment and highly recommend getting a river view apartment if available). The entire time I was there I only had to submit 2 maintenance requests. Maintenance was very quick to respond and fixed the issues with ease. They have multiple events each month for residents to socialize with each other and have fun. The only cons are that the walls are very thin and sometimes parking can be hard to find. I truly enjoyed my time at The Banks and recommend them to anyone looking for a great apartment in Murfreesboro!"

"Got my renewal offer a couple months before my lease was up. The best offer was $1590.00 for the smallest 1 bedroom they have. I had asked at least 3 times to pay the incoming rate for new renters of $1440.00. I was told on each occasion that can't be done. When I gave the my 60 day notice, two days later my apartment was listed online for $1430.00. Then I was told to ignore the final bill and pay the prorated amount, the system won't let you. So now the only thing they will accept is a cashier check. The models look great the apartment is a Dungeon"
