"It seems that my visits with my two daughters keep getting worse and worse with each visit. It started out nice when Dr Irma was present but lately it seems disorganized. Today we came in for a 4:00 pm appointment and didn't get seen until 5:00 pm. I'm not one to normally complain but this other dentist lady seems to not have things ready on the current visit and trust to push everything to the next visit which is always 6 months later. I don't understand why x-rays are not performed before making assumptions about what work to do. After 6 months of a not treated cavity, we come back in and they take an x-ray and say, "oh look it got bigger" now we need to reschedule for another 6 more months. After that time passes the next thing they say is "oh look, now we need to do a root canal" and then reschedule for another 6 months to hear them say "oh look, we need to extract now” and then sends us off to a specialist. Such a waste of time and money. I should probably find a new dentist because that is the vibe I get from this new lady."

"Dr. Garcia is amazing, she has been my daughters dentist since we moved to Fairfield is 2015. She is so friendly and sometimes silly which makes my daughter feel comfortable. The environment is kid friendly, calm and puts you at ease. Dr. Garcia knows each kid by name and even remembers previous conversations she has had with my daughter. Dr. Garcia feels like a family friend. I have just had twins and I hope Dr. Garcia is still around by the time they need to go to the dentist."
