"This place is unlivable.. it appears to be nice on the outside but once you move in it’s a total nightmare. We’ve had so many problems with our apartment from day one . The front office is a total joke and unprofessional.Maintenance is always behind and if they come to service your unit make sure all of your personal belongings are put away including money . They have stolen money and household items. This place is spider ridden with Brown Recluse spiders and smells awful. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I gave them a 1 because 0 wasn’t an option."

"Pros: Property is well maintained Normal pay methods Customer service is respectful and helpful Maintenance is pretty quick to respond Environment is very quiet and neighborly Location is great! Walking distance from everything; various restaurants, car maintenance stores, Kroger, Family Dollar and the greenway. Honestly it’s about 15 mins to Antioch and Smyrna. Cons: Apartments are not updated The ground level patio space is not enclosed (not cool) and the ceiling is only partially covered so if the upstairs neighbors throws their dirty mop water out onto their patio floor you’re going to get wet (actually witnessed an upstairs neighbor dump some water on their patio floor and the downstairs neighbor’s patio was drenched: UBER not cool) I don’t think there’s a laundry area, but the laundry mat is within walking distance (less than 10 mins walking) and there is another laundry mat down Murfreesboro Rd They charge $200 to use the clubhouse plus a refundable $250 deposit (I thought residents were able to use the clubhouse with just the refundable deposit) They lock the leasing office which has access to bathrooms on the weekend even though the pool is open. That section of the leasing office should be open to the residents accessing the pool because the rest of the leasing areas (including the clubhouse) have doors and locks. First pic is no boundary for the patio. The rest are the spaces in the ceiling of the patio."

"We've lived here almost 2 years and will be resigning our lease again. Staff is friendly, maintenance is fast and efficient, and the apartments are really clean and spacious. I'm a single mom so safety was important to me and I have never felt unsafe or had an issues with anyone. The neighbors are friendly yet keep to their own and my son has met a few of the kids and he likes to play with on the playground or ride their scooters down the sidewalks. The pools is never too crowded and always clean and they have a nice clubhouse you can rent out for parties. It is conveniently located to everything you need and its easy to Nashville. Of all the apartments I've lived in, this has been my favorite!"
