"We lived here for a year in 2021 and the roaches were crazy. They would just crawl in out of the cracks in the baseboards and everywhere else. It didn’t matter how clean you kept the house or how many times they sprayed. I swear that place is infested with them."

"The complex doesn’t feel like home because we can’t sit out in front porch or back porch is so small. The kid is over there. It won’t stay out of each other everybody else’s yard my daughter don’t want even want to go outside no more because of the kids acting crazy And the kids they don’t even go there still be over there even though they’ve been kicked out of the complex. We don’t have no privacy in the back. Yard. We can’t do our landscaping in the front to make it feel like it’s home."

"Rent high and can't use the amenities that comes included when i sign my lease. Focus more on the landscape instead of trash everywhere getting workout room and pool done. Parking is horrible when rent is high anybody can park anywhere they like even where you live."

"Management and maintenance staff are world class awesome. I have worked in maintenance myself and I am amazed at the service these men give and the detail to make sure that everything is just right. The friendly office management listens to your problems and finds a solution as fast an as best as they can. The apartments are all 3 bedroom. There are two layouts so I can only review mine the 2 story layout, a spacious living room, good size kitchen, and a 1/2 bathroom downstairs. Upstairs is 2 bedrooms each with plenty of room a full bathroom and a master bed/bathroom. Making this 3 bedroom apartment 3 bathroom as well."

"This place has turned into a ghetto. Loud rap music with sound systems so loud you can't hear your own TV. Young kids cursing out loud without a care in the world. My car has been keyed several times. I can barely park in front of my own unit because other units apparently are allowed to have 5 or 6 cars each, taking up everyone's spots. They've taken away amenities, but have no problem raising your rent every year. This place use to be nice. Not anymore."
