"This apartment complex is beautiful and you can tell the staff cares about the community. The office is always open and he's quick to answer your questions. Not all things are on time sometimes he doesn't answer the phone but there's only one person in the office that does everything for the office. The maintenance personnel on property keeps up with the trash in the condition of the buildings and the curb appeal kind of rude security guard running people off property that doesn't belong on site but overall a good community located in a wonderful City. They also have updated appliances and new vinyl plank through out the unit. Spacious closets and a sparkling pool."

"Only reason for the 2 stars is because I can not get in touch with anyone to be able to obtain an application I have sent many emails I just want to apply please Update it is Jan 30th finally got an appointment to fill out my application for February 3rd then I got an email that says they have a high abundance applications in my appointment has been canceled there no longer taking applications at this time so after several months of trying to get in to get in touch them to be able to fill out an application I know do not get this a lot of an application with them"

"Lived here for a year. At first we put a security deposit on a certain unit and they gave it to someone else right from under us so we had to wait for a different unit. This place can't keep a manager. We had 3 different managers the year we lived there. Everyone's disrespectful kids were always running around and throwing trash all over the place. trash was always all around the dumpster instead of inside it. The unit was filled with brown recluse spiders despite the pest control. And when I moved out I was mailed a paper that showed I owed a balance of a little over 800 for carpet replacement. They kept my $700 security deposit and I owed around $175 for the remaining balance. I moved out over 7 months ago and needed to figure out where to pay the remaining balance. And now I am being told I owe $5000 balance but they can't show me any PROOF and I was never notified and they sent it to a collection's agency/attorney. I will not be paying something I was never notified of and we didn't have $5000 worth of damages. I will be contacting my own lawyer. Avoid Rutherford pointe at all costs."
