"I have been to Meridian Dental for many years in Martinez . Dr. Chen is very professional and caring . I went to have my cleaning done yesterday and his dental hygienist Kailyn was extremely rude to me . I have gone to her for years for my cleanings. She took her one finger and pressed my face, turned my head with her hand, was extremely loud and was very unprofessional. I have very sensitive teeth and she did not take her time with my cleaning . I felt very rushed by her . I don’t plan on using her has my hygienist any longer . The pandemic has really changed a lot of people, but I am paying good money to have services done here. I will come back, but not use her as my hygienist."
