"Bad customer service when calling in. Customer service training much need and a better way to contact patients if any info needs to be updated. This is a dentist office, do not need to feel like your going to a badly staffed dmv. Hopefully they can resolve these issues."

"Have 3 little girls that we take to Muir Station Smiles. The staff is really friendly. They do a great job of making kids feel comfortable and having a positive dentist experience. We like to include special experiences (an ice cream cone afterward, etc) to make sure our children really look forward to going to the dentist. But our girls look forward to this dentist without that incentive. Book in advance. Expect close quarters and lots of activity in the office. The walls are bright, and usually, a movie is playing on a screen. Cleanings usually take under an hour from entry to exit. This is one of few dentists who takes MediCal!! Best option for Medi Cal dental care in the East Bay!"
