"My husband and I embarked on a weekend escape, and from the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were met with an inviting atmosphere. The array of amenities featured a pool table, various outdoor seating areas, a pool, a restaurant, and even a golfing area. The housekeeping cleanliness was by far the best I have seen, adding an extra layer of comfort to our stay. However, what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional customer service provided by Myra Smith(Food and Beverage Mgr), who exceeded all our expectations throughout our stay. From engaging conversations to the impeccable morning refreshers, Myra's dedication made our time truly memorable. Without a doubt, this hotel has earned its place as our go-to choice in Mount Juliet, surpassing all others we've encountered."

"The Tru is the same building as the Hilton Garden Inn, which led to a little confusion upon my arrival. Easy check in and out using the Hilton app, easy parking, and the expected breakfast selection. My room was clean and comfortable. If I return, I would consider staying here again."

"The hotel was very clean, quirky, and close to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers. The beds/pillows are really comfy and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. The bar downstairs is nice and they also have games downstairs. My only negative comment is the lady that checked me in was not very friendly, nor was she friendly the last time we stayed here, but other than that the hotel is great. I would definitely stay again."

"Great property. Tru and Hilton Garden Inn connected on same property. Highly recommend staying here. Great value. Very clean and great lobby area that offers plenty of seating for gathering or lounging. Also has a game room and bar for those interested. Rooms for spacious and again very clean. Wonderful experience. They also have laundry available and it also appears they accept pets (would verify with them first). However perfect place to stay for anyone and great location. Close to restaurants and shopping and Nashville."

"This hotel is for the younger crowd. The lobby and dining furniture were not comfortable. The breakfast was disgusting. The eggs were neon yellow, the waffle machine was not working at all during our stay and the sausage casing did not look edible. The room smelled like a wonderful spa. Very clean. The location was great. The people at the front desk just stood there and waited for you to approach them and were not friendly. They just stared at you until you engaged in conversation. If I’m ever in Nashville again, I will not stay at this hotel but I will keep with the brand."
