"Be warned: this is a dual property site. One side is Hilton Garden, the other side is Tru. As a multi-year Diamond member and regular HG customer, there are certain amenities we expect. This hotel falls far short of those standards. Improper check in, no offered waters or snacks, no breakfast credit, no late check out, not greeted as loyalty. We were scolded by staff for bringing in outside food. Diamond parking is in the back, not by the front door. Bar is rowdy. This is a Tru with Hilton Garden pricing but no amenities. Would not recommend."

"Did not stay in the rooms so I cannot speak to those personally, but I know plenty who stayed and had a good experience. The staff at this Hilton hotel are top notch. Pleasant and helpful individuals for the conference we attended. Can't get a staff that genuinely nice without proper hiring and managing. Keep it up."

"When we called, we were told specifically that there was a HEATED pool. The pool was not only cold but also a murky green color. Yuck! The other reason we specifically booked this hotel was because of the waffle maker. Exciting breakfast for kids. Then the waffle makers were both out of order. How do you both wafflemakers go out of order at once? Very disappointing!"

"I am staying at the Hilton garden inn in Mt Juliet TN today 12/2/23. The hotel is fine a Hilton is a Hilton. In a Hilton come to expect things, like an overpriced restaurant. However, this morning no breakfast... Unless you book in the Tru, (in the same billing) they have free breakfast. So because I have to miss Fortune of booking a Hilton instead of a TRU, I can only stand out in the cold and look through the window and long for a breakfast and I'm not authorized to have. NO BREAKFAST FOR YOU!!!! HILTON, there's a solution open your continental breakfast after everybody when you can't open your kitchen unforseen circumstances. These are the kind of things that will make me never come back to your hotel."

"Very disappointing experience from a Hilton Hotel. We arrived at 9pm last night, came up went to bed, just woke up at 5am to absolutely no pressure from my shower and ice cold water. I’ve had better water pressure from a garden hose truthfully. Then to find out breakfast isn’t included for over $150 a night? Gotta be a joke. Find a better hotel this one is way overpriced."
