"I have lived out here for almost 7 years now and used to feel so happy out here but not anymore. First I don't think it's fair we have to pay for wifi service that hardly ever works, second we're having to pay for community water usage now whereas in the past we didn't have to and our water bills were running at a reasonable amount. Ever since we have changed over to this community usage the water bills have been sky rocketing. We shouldn't have to be paying for other people's water usage. Third, the rent prices are getting ridiculous, I understand we're supposedly competing with the market rate, but it wouldn't be so bad if we were actually in competition to compete with other apartment complexes. Nothing is ever updated in these apartments like other apartment communities. They never do any remodeling whatsoever but charge all this rent when in reality we're outdated. Repainting or putting in up to date cabinets would be great, better looking and color choice of carpet would be nice, different color wall paint would be great, up to date appliances would also be great. Nothing has changed in the time I've been here except the price of rent and water going up. Another thing is guests should be parking in guest parking spaces but they're not which is causing people who actually live here to have to park around the corner and walk far distances to get to their apartments which isn't right either. Sorry to sound like a complainer but this is what's been going on since I've been here and nothing has changed or is changing. I just feel like we need to upgrade these apartments and appliances, and paint, and we should have a choice in which internet service provider we want instead of being forced to pay for service from a company that hardly ever work. I've called them and someone claimed to reach back out to me and didn't for weeks I resolved the issue myself the tech had me on the phone over 2 hours only to say I'll call you back and never did. Regional manager, corporate, somebody would you please consider some changes and upgrades to these apartments. I love this area and would love to stay here but I just hope yall consider stepping the game up some. Also instead of always raising the rent on the tenants who have been here for years why not try discounting us on rent instead of always increasing it. The 3x the rent income is ridiculous too at all apartment complexes. They make it hard for people to afford housing. Feel free to contact me if you need I'd love to have a sit down with higher up corporate management. Thank you"
"Huge heartfelt thank you to the office staff and maintenance staff for their treatment of my mom who lives there. The respect and kindness shown to her by all is amazing and so appreciated by me. Her apartment is a 1 bedroom and it's perfect for her. The amount of closets for storage make me jealous. The grounds are always well maintained and any issue she has had was adressed and corrected immediately."
"The new office staff is great. Very responsive and attentive. I'm happy we have them here now."
"The outside community is beautiful and they have a cool co work program that is 5 stars, but upon touring the model apartment I was appalled at the immediate smell of mold, must and dust, as well as the lack of dusting/deep cleaning that had been done. The carpets smelled of dirty water. The lighting was dim and the look/feel seemed to resemble that of a low income apartment you’d get in the ghetto, even tho the community is safe and the outside complex is beautiful. The unit even just felt dirty and it very much smelled/looked like mold was somewhere in the apartment as well as water damage. The unit was completely outdated, worn down and in dire need of serious renovations and updates, especially considering the fact that they are charging $1400 for an old, musty 1 bed/1bath unit when I could literally go to one of the newest complexes in town and get a brand new luxury home for the same price. My advice to the owners is to do more than just updates with a fresh coat of paint if you’re going to charge that price. Replace the carpets with hardwood floor, replace the lighting, replace the counters and cabinets with something Other than that awful light brown outdated wood/plastic laminate and get a better fridge, something newer and nicer than the ugly black one. I have a feeling this won’t be taken into consideration, but just know that charging those prices with such outdated units is Highway robbery, and it’s a shame because the community is beautiful on the outside and the co working space is such a 5 star opportunity at I will be signing up for."
"I've lived here for almost 4 years and have had a great experience. The maintenance and office staff are amazing! Mackenzie in the office and Scott (maintenance manager) are always quick to help me with questions or maintenance repairs. They also spoil my puppy Saige. I'm happy I signed for another year!"
