Easton Place 1709 Cason Lane, Murfreesboro, TN 37128

"This was a great place to stay for almost two years. Recently the property was sold for the second time since living and the changes will be the reason we don’t renew our leave. 1. They removed our typical app we use to pay rent and we were told it we needed to pay by a cashiers check or check since they are getting a new app but it wasn’t up yet. The staff in the office was really nice by offering to let me pay after the deadline since I work during our banks hours. However, this was off putting that they would do this to us the week before rent was due and didn’t get us the new app until the day before the deadline. Keep in mind, staff in the office didn’t know when the new app would drop or what it would be so it’s a miracle it was released the day before the deadline. 2. The new app doesn’t let you split rent. So my significant other can’t pay his half in his app and I can’t pay my half. It has to be submitted as one. The new app also charges you almost $50 to use your credit card when the last one charged only $6. I enjoyed the convenience of having the money come out instantly verses waiting for days until it comes out with the bank account method. When I explained how inconvenient it is we can’t pay in a split over the app I was told there was nothing they can do. 3. We signed a lease with a flat rate of $30 for water in our 1 bedroom. We just got an email they will moving us to the RUBS system so we now have to pay more depending on this system. From my understanding, this is for them to profit off the water bill and charge us more. We solely picked Easton Place do to having internet and water in our rent so this is extremely disappointing when we still have 6ish months left in our lease. 4. I’ve sent two emails to this new email address they got with the new owners and I haven’t heard anything back from either one. It’s been well over a week since both emails have been sent. A few annoying things the “luxury” apartment has that bothers me also include the gym water smelling like rotten eggs. If you forget your water you can’t even drink from the water fountain due to the strong smell or when you wash your hands in the gym bathroom they smell like rotten eggs. The paint in the unit is a matte cheap paint that get black marks from everything and since it’s matte you can’t clean it. You have to repaint it to get the marks off. Something as simple as hitting the wall with my shoe when putting them away leaves marks. There isn’t enough parking for residents car by building 2. If you come home at 5pm you’re having to park away from the building and walk from another building to your unit. Editing to add a star because Ansley and Ashley are the best leasing managers I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Maintenance is also amazing and fixes everything quickly"

"I have been at this complex for 3 years now and I have love it so much! The office team, Annsley and Ashley are very attentive, kind, and actively listen to any concerns I have had. They also do fun things throughout the year to celebrate different holidays. Annsley and Ashley are always available for any questions I have with a smile on their face! I have always felt safe and well taken care of. The maintenance staff has also been great and has addressed any needs quickly and promptly. I couldn't recommend this complex enough!!"

"We have lived here for 2 1/2 years and we can’t say enough great things about this community! They are amazing! From the awesome clean amenities they have, the gym, pool table room and movie theater, the pool and lounge areas and even dog park! Everything is kept clean and well maintained! You truly feel like you’re living at a nice resort! We have loved every minute we have been here! The maintenance men are absolutely wonderful! They have helped us with things they have not even had to like helping me put oil in my car when I’m pretty sure they were on their lunch break. With no hesitation they helped me! It’s a quiet community with no crime. We have never had to worry about any of things or our cars. We never hear any commotion anywhere. We have 3 kids also and they have loved living here as well! The office team is absolutely amazing too! They go out of their way to do special things for the residents! Holidays they always have special treats for us! Even for Christmas they have a gift wrapping area with supplies!! They have fun summer movie nights by the pool that we as a family all LOVED!! I literally can’t say enough about how amazing this complex is! If your wanting all the perks of apartment living but also want the perk of a quiet relaxing community that makes you feel like your always on vacation this is definitely a place to call home!! We HIGHLY recommend Easton Place! Seriously the best complex in Murfreesboro!"

"Easton place is such a great community to live in! It is quiet and clean! The office staff are so wonderful and do really fun things throughout the year for the residents. They celebrate holidays and have treats or wine or something for us! During summer they have movies by the pool and other fun activities. The apartments themselves are nice and luxurious. Well kept up! The maintenance men are absolutely amazing! It’s definitely a safe and quiet place to live! We highly recommend Easton Place!"
