"Diem was amazing and very helpful with selecting a style that would fit my nails. The best part was that I was able to book the same day. My nails looked amazing and received so many complents. I would totally go back to Diem, and would recommend the place to anyone looking into getting their nails done. Due to Covid this an appointment only spot so please call them ahead of time and they very commentating so it won't be a long wait."

"ORIGINAL REVIEW: I am new to the area and I was very nervous about finding a new salon because I am VERY particular about my nails. Diem shaped my acrylic nails perfectly!! She was a great conversationalist and she even guided me through gel nail polish, which I normally HATE, but she applied it perfectly. I was so busy I wasn't able to book a fill in, but the set lasted a long time. I'm finally going back for another set and I cant wait! I really wish they had colored acrylic, but I know that's not common in this area. UPDATE: When I went in for my fill-in, I showed Diem 2 of my nails were lifting, to the point that one had moisture and I had to remove it myself. After that fill-in ALL TEN of my nails lifted within 1 week of a fill-in. In the 15 years I've been getting my nails done, I have never had a nail lift within the 2 week fill-in frame. As much as I like the shape Diem does, I will not waste my money here."

"This nail salon is right downstairs from me and convenient. However, for the upscale location, and pricing it is nothing great. By the way, tips are cash only. The communication with customers is poor at best. My pedicure was painful and far from relaxing. The nail polish is old and clotted. One customer left because she ran out of time for them to fix her bad polish job. My pedicurist cleaned up the place, left, came back and took a nap leaving me to sit 40 minutes before I had enough and got up to leave. There were no wrapped and clean supplies. They do not massage well at all. They slap your feet to move them and put burning chemicals on your toes after cutting cuticles. I would not go here at if you know what a really good pedicure is for the $. I’ll walk a few blocks more to find a better place to go."

"I changed my gel polish color. They didn't charge me to remove the old polish which was nice. The nail tech (young girl) didn't speak good English so it was hard to communicate. She did a good job. I just didn't like the fact that she didn't push my cuticle back. It was a quick easy fix in the meantime. I'm not from the city. I'm from Stockton & $25 is definitely reasonable in the city. They use good product like OPI. I would only go back if I needed to."
