They decorate the clinic on Holidays and are fun to visit. I was afraid of getting dental work done, but Dr. Lee knows her job well and I feel very comfotable in her care. Prices are reasonable and work for me. I recommend this office to everyone."

"I have been a patient of Dr Lee for 12 years, I do not have dental insurance, and paying 100% out of pocket I have always been grateful because I know the care I receive at her office is worth every penny! Two years ago I had insurance for a month and was sent to another dentist in Piedmont for a crown on a molar with a receding gum. The work was so horribly done and super expensive! Two years later I thought my molar was dying. My molar was so sensitive that even air and water would hurt to the point of making me jump in pain, and the gum had receded much more. I thought I might needed a root canal or an extraction. I went back to Dr Lee to see what she recommended. She and her team got me a perfect crown that looks and feels like my other teeth, and I have been pain and sensitivity free for the first time in three years :) This is more than improvement, I am super grateful!"

She is experienced, extremely competent and her fees are fair. She is also a very nice person. Over the years that I have been her patient, I have moved from Berkeley to Oakland to Richmond to El Sobrante and I have never considered seeking dental care elsewhere."

"I do not recommend this dentist. I went there for a tooth chip repair. The dentist let me leave with the blue paper ingrained into my tooth and said it would come off with simple brushing. It did not. I went back to have it corrected and the dental assistant had to file it off with a machine—something I am not capable of at home but somehow the dentist let me leave like that!! Additionally, after not receiving any bill yet, the office called me threatening to send me to collection. They then called my emergency contact, and caused panic because they told him they had not heard from me. He literally thought I was missing because of their communication. I called them immediately to pay my bill and understand why they would call my emergency contact and cause alarm. Later I learned they also called MY MOTHER who thought I was in the hospital because of what was initially said to her. She was SCARED. Update: The office sent my bill Sept 29 and threatened to turn me over to collections on October 1. Two days after they mailed my bill. These are bad business practices and the dentist clearly didn’t care that I left with the job incomplete. I would never go back to this office."
