"Really a bummer of an experience. Front desk staff is EXTREMELY difficult to deal with around both insurance issues and scheduling. Dental staff was abrupt and awkward, while also causing my 9-year-old pain, seemingly due to being rushed. And the dentist was polite, but extremely brief. It felt like we were just cogs in their moneymaking scheme."

"**Avoid at all costs** This office is the worst office in Alameda, please check out ANY other dentists in Alameda, and then go there. This place has zero customer service, and is only about making money. They will try to quickly see you for a consultation, but then when you try to schedule an appointment, they will put on the WAAAAY back list. I went there for a consultation, and was told my previous dentist's treatment needed to be redone, and so then I was told the first available appointment was not until like 3 months later. No referral to another provider, no contact with me as a client. So, it wasn't that big of a deal, so naive me, was like ok, not so important, so I can wait. Well now that the appointment is coming close, I get a call that they no longer accept my insurance, and will have to cancel my appointment! Really?? After waiting for 2 months! Anyways, if your looking to waste both your time, and money, definitely go here. If your looking for someplace with customer service, and will also value you as a client GO ELSEWHERE! You have been forewarned!"

"I have been a patient with this dental practice for over 10 years. I have never had an issue. Dr Randhawa is friendly and caring. The staff is always courteous and professional. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Sherry at the front desk is such a sweet and helpful person. Additionally, the new doctors who have joined the practice are equally as friendly and caring. They take the time to explain procedures, options, and care. If Dr. Randhawa is not available, I am comfortable with the other doctors. I do not live in Alameda but because of the care and attention that I receive at this office, I do not mind the drive to Alameda."

"I have been in so many dentist offices in San Francisco and the Bay area, but this dentist office in Alameda is very professional beyond the call of duty, in term of customer service. The front office staff pay a lot attention to details. They would follow up and care about their customers well being. My hygienist was kind, attentive, and had a lot of patience. They do have all the latest technology equipments. I'm very happy to be their customer."

"Amazing staff. Amazing work. Everyone is nice and the dentist and hygienist are very knowledgeable and efficient in their work. If I were to take 1 star off it would be for scheduling availability. I needed to wait 3 months for my first appointment and now the first available follow up appointment is in another 3 months. But I'll just plan ahead as it's worth the wait."
