"The best moving company experience we’ve ever had! Everyone we communicated with at On the Move was courteous and helpful. The moving team was phenomenal. They were friendly and thoughtful about how they handled our items. Furniture was carefully wrapped before loading, and they were mindful to avoid banging up our walls or doors. We know that we’ll move again in the next year or so, and we plan to use On the Move for that move also! Additional note: There’s a review stating that On the Move treats their “non-Anglo” customers differently/poorly. If it’s relevant to other potential customers; we’re a diverse, multigenerational household, and we felt that the team was nothing but friendly and respectful of us and our belongings. I can’t speak to how someone else felt, but from our experience, I’d recommend On the Move to anyone."

"Best moving experience EVER!!! Cody, Ron, Dawson, Steven and JD were my pre-pack and moving crew and when I tell you this team is awesome, PLEASE, PLEASE take my word for it. Timely, courteous, efficient, fast but careful and organized like you have never seen before. Not ONE broken item (and I am fully unpacked now). I purchased extra insurance and did not need it at all. The owner came out and priced my move. Provided a detailed inventory list for the move, provided a set price and that is exactly what I paid. The crew was so organized I couldn't believe it was over so fast and they even set up everything at my new house. I will definitely request this crew for my next move. Please don't split up guys.
