"They will lie to you and tell you to pick up your “in stock”order a certain day. Then, they will lie to you again and tell you the order hasn’t been taken off the truck for a week straight. Then, they will finally tell you the item isn’t even in stock. The worst customer service and furniture store I’ve ever dealt with."
"My son purchased a bed and they didn't bring the hardware to put the bed together and the headboard is defective. Three days later they still haven't come up with a solution and the bed is still laying in the floor. Probably going to ask them to come get it and get our money back!"
