"As an addendum, I jad a flat tire on my bike so i bought a pump, the tub burst as i was pumping it to 40psi. So i go back in and bought a another tube, and a repair kit. I went and started to take the rear wheel off and immediately started rounding off the bolt. Since I was close to the auto center, I asked the tech if i could borrow a couple wrentches. Not only did he let me use his tools, he helped change the tube. That tube also burst and we determined I also needed a tire. So I went back in, got another tube and tire. He had to go help other customers but always came back to me when i needed an extra set of hands. So, for customer service, I give these folks a AAA+++ and patients while dealing with an old man, who hadn't changed a bike tire in over 40 years I'd also give a AAA+++ rating. Thank you so much."
