"WARNING ⚠️ INEXPERIENCED I’ve decided to repost my review because the amount of money I have had to pay to repair my hair is MORE than what I paid for services. In September I came in and told the owner I have fragile hair and only use Wella or Lanza to lift because it doesn’t dry my hair. She assured me her Italian products were just as gentle. Her products FRIED my hair…..now 3 months later no amount of keratin or oil treatments has been able to smooth out the damage or repair it…..I am going to have cut off most of my hair!!! You can see if you look closely the white streaks in my hair!!! This is because for the entire hour she had the product on my hair she did NOT check my hair once to see how it was processing even though she sat 15 feet from the the whole time. So I have streaks of platinum blonde in my hair along with my hair just being totally fried. THE COLOR IS TOTALLY UNEVEN! She DID NOT use a toner. I’ve spent more than the $200 that was refunded to me in an attempt to heal my hair to NO AVAIL! My hair has just continued to fall out……… Don’t risk it folks no one should still be suffering 3 months later from damage like this!!! If you have fragile hair DO NOT COME HERE!!"

"I did a lot of research where to get a nice cut while in SFO. From all the list recommended by google, this was the one that stood out. I’m glad I went here to get a fresh cut with Connie. The place was clean, loved the vibe and interiors. They also use quality products. Will definitely be back here when in SF."
