"I used to love this place, but my last two experiences have not been good. The last time I was with tech Vivi for a gel mani and the nails did not even last one week. Half the nails were chipped, one about half off, in 3-5 days. I came back in for a re-do and the single nail they redid then lasted 2 weeks (the other mini fixes were chipped again in a couple days). Overall I'm disappointed. This used to be my go to mani-pedi place, their gels used to last for 3 weeks to sometimes a month in best cases. Disappointed!"

"This place is amazing! The staff are all so kind, friendly, and attentive. One of the staff noticed a hair in my nail polish coat before I even did, and they fixed it right away! Another time, when I came with my friend, she ended up not liking the color she chose and they took time to take off the color and then find her a different shade that would suit her better. They really care about giving high-quality service and giving you the best experience. They also did a great job with my nails and my friends nails! Best nail place I've been to so far in the city!"
