"My experience so far with LashOut SF has been wonderful. The lash artists have been professional, kind, and genuinely care to adjust the style of my lashes to match if I change my preferences. They keep notes on the types of lashes they have used for you in the past as reference and not once have I ever felt like the application process has been rushed during touch ups. Further, they have been remarkably accommodating to my busy and rotating schedule so I can keep my lashes up to date and avoid looking bare or patchy. Finally, I was new to getting lashes when I first started coming here in the fall, and have always felt that my lashes look natural- at work I’ve received multiple compliments and have been asked, “Are those your real lashes?” because co-workers haven’t been able to tell! "This is probably the only place I'll continue to get my lashes done in SF. I get my lashes done by Mina and she's amazing. I came in with a set from a different lash artist from out of town that didn't do that great of a job. She managed to separate all of the lashes that were stuck together, remove growth, and still add some new lashes on during our appointment. She is kind and professional and she now has a client for life. The studio is super clean and each bed is separated by a wall, so you feel like you are alone in the studio when there could be other people there. Reception is also so friendly and helpful!"

"Seriously the best! I have heard of and seen a lot of crazy (not always great) lash outcomes. But NOT at lash out! They are amazing and truly so good at what they do! I have seen Alexa, Jazlyn, Megan, Kayla and Christina and all are so good. Each has a slightly different last style..but it’s always important to communicate exactly what you are looking forward and they ALWAYS deliver. Alexa has done a great job at training all of the lash gals. I have been getting lashes from her for 6 years straight...fair warning..once you start you can’t stop. Lashout is clean, fresh and friendly. The front desk always greets you with a smile and never rushes me when I book out 10,000 appointments. Book ahead people...or don’t complain when you can’t get a last minute;). 10+ stars for their new location! Boho chic vibes and parking is extra easier now! Love you my last queens. "I've had my lashes done here a few times and it's always an exceptional experience. Everything is curated so beautifully and most importantly-- it's super clean! I just saw Kyla for the first time and she was amazing. I gave her very little guidance as to what I wanted and they are perfection. She knew exactly what to do! I couldn't be happier and I've gotten at least 10 compliments on them. During my appointment, I felt so relaxed I practically fell asleep. That's a big deal for someone like me who has a hard time relaxing. I highly recommend Lashout and Kyla!"
